It has regressed to a point, but it is not how it is supposed to be. Muscles are not firing correctly, making you fatigued. This is creating a pattern where your body is compensating for those muscles by overworking other areas.

In-person Equine sessions are available across Devon and the South West by arrangement. Additional Fuel charges Apply.

My Approach
Charlotte Palfrey Equine Therapies offers a gentle approach to healing body and mind using Equine Sports Massage, Myofacial Release Therapy and Animal Communication.
The sessions are designed to enhance the performance of the horse, promoting overall physical well-being and emotional balance.
Qualifications
Having qualified with Wold's Equine Rehabilitation & Sports Massage in 2021, I gained a full level 4 equivalent diploma in Equine Sports Massage approved and accredited by UKRS.
I have since gained a Level 3 Diploma in Human Sports Massage in 2024 and undertake regular CPD to ensure my knowledge is relevant. Some of the CPD qualifications held are as follows:
Low-Level Laser Therapy
Myofascial Release Therapy
TMJ Assessment and treatment
Animal Communication certificate
Fully Insured, Member of IAAT Association
I am Fully Insured, and a Professional Member of the International Association of Animal Therapists. This assures you that I am fully qualified, and undertake at least 25 hours of Continuing Professional Development every year to stay up to date and relevant.
I am also a verified member of the Equinnect Register. Ensuring I am a trusted, and reliable professional.
